Research Groups

The projects of the Department are in continuation of our previous work which is focused on Electron Devices, Optoelectronics and Microsystems. These three directions constitute an organisation scheme of research in our department which is shown below. Activities of individual research groups are summarised under the appropriate link. Description of relevant research projects of individual groups is presented as well.
